We spend a lot of time studying the marketplace, environment, (green/recycle) and philosophy of the auto industry work place. It's certainly less political and more sensitive to the peoples needs, today's environment has more emphasis on style, theme, customer service oriented and fun to be in. Working with a team and agenda, sizing up needs, functions, constraints, budgets and aesthetics is part of my participation in any project. From customer facing to non-customer facing areas.
